এটা একরকম বন্ধ্যাত্ব চিকিৎসা।
এই চিকিৎসায় সাধারণত স্বামী অথবা ডােনারের বীর্য সংগ্রহ করে মেশিনের সাহায্যে বিভিন্ন রকম রিএজেন্ট মিশিয়ে সবথেকে সুস্থ শুক্রাণুগুলাে সংগ্রহ করে স্ত্রীর জরায়ুর অভ্যন্তরে অত্যন্ত সুক্ষ একটি নলের সাহায্যে প্রবেশ করানাে হয় যাহাতে শুক্রাণু এবং ডিম্বাণু অল্প সময়ে কাছাকাছি এসে ভ্রুন তৈরি করতে পারে।
কাদের করা হয়?
✅যাদের সফল ডিম্বস্ফোটনের পরও প্রেগনেন্সি হচ্ছে না। •
✅জরায়ুর মুখের শত্রুভাবাপণ্য অবস্থা।
✅স্বামীর মিলনে অক্ষমতা।
✅পুরুষাঙ্গের বক্রতা
✅শুক্রাণুর স্বল্পতা অথবা কম গতি সম্পন্ন শুক্রাণু
✅স্বামীর বিদেশ গমন অথবা কোন ক্যান্সারের কারণে কেমােথেরাপি অথবা রেডিওথেরাপি নেওয়ার প্রযােজন রয়েছে।
✅অজানা কারণে বন্ধ্যাত্ব(unexplained infertility)।

IntraUterine Insemination
It is a type of infertility treatment.
In this treatment, usually the sperm of the husband or the donor is collected with the help of a machine, mixed with various reagents, the healthiest sperm are collected and inserted into the uterus of the woman with the help of a very fine tube so that the sperm and the egg can come closer to form a sperm in a short time.
Who is made?
✅Those who do not get pregnant despite successful ovulation.
✅Hostile condition of cervix.
✅Inability of husband to have sex.
✅Penile curvature
✅Low sperm count or low motility
✅Husband needs to go abroad or undergo chemotherapy or radiotherapy due to any cancer.
✅Unexplained infertility.
Currently there are several IUI centers in Bangladesh.
